My goal as a therapist is to help you empower yourself and create a life that you desire. I utilize a client centered and empowering approach to help support you. We all deserve to live a healthy life with mental clarity and joy. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with years of experience working with individuals. I grew up in the area of Shrewsbury and am honored to be providing services to this community. I value my empathy to care for others, and find joy in watching clients grow towards their goals. I take great pride in my work and care about my clients. I am continually challenging myself to grow as a therapist, by engaging in ongoing training, reading, and maintaining my own personal growth.
