Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and both a Master's and Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges while creating meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I am also a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner, offering this evidence-based approach to help clients process trauma, anxiety, grief, and other distressing experiences in an efficient and effective manner. To learn more about Accelerated Resolution Therapy, please visit: https://acceleratedresolutiontherapy.com/ For those seeking Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or ADHD assessments or therapy intensives, additional information is available through my specialized practice: https://www.clearpathintensivesassessments.com/ Whether you are working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, life transitions, or seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward the life you want.
