Providing compassion and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals struggling with addiction, anxiety, and depression. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when clients feel truly understood, supported, and empowered. In working with addiction, I help clients explore the underlying emotional patterns, trauma, and stressors that contribute to substance use or compulsive behaviors. Treatment focuses on increasing insight, strengthening coping skills, and reducing shame while supporting a sustainable recovery, whether the client is seeking sobriety, harm reduction, or relapse prevention. For anxiety and depression therapy, it is centered on helping clients break free from cycles of overwhelming avoidance, low self-esteem, and self-criticism. Together, we work to identify unhelpful thought patterns, improve emotional regulation, build resilience, and reconnect clients with a sense of purpose and motivation. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients can process their experiences with clarity and develop practical tools they can use in daily life. By fostering self-awareness, confidence, and healthier coping strategies, my goal is to help clients feel more grounded, hopeful, and capable of creating a lasting change.
