I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you understand the parts of you that feel overwhelmed, guarded, or hurt so you can reconnect with your calm, capable Self. I also integrate somatic therapy, EFT/Tapping, CBT, and DBT to support nervous system balance. For couples, I teach tools that build trust, curiosity, and healthier patterns.
