Introduction

am an empathetic and experienced therapist with a passion for empowering my patients with an individualized approach to wellness. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University, a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, D.C. and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. Since graduating with my Master's in 2018, I have served adolescents and adults from multiple cultural backgrounds who have experienced homelessness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in CBT but utilize a number of other therapeutic approaches because I understand therapy is most effective when it is personalized for each patient.
