Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of what comes next. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, and the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences. Whether you're struggling with a specific challenge or simply feel that something needs to change, therapy can provide an opportunity to better understand yourself and develop new ways of coping. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic approaches to help clients understand their emotions, recognize patterns, connect with their inner strengths, and develop greater self-compassion and resilience. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. You don't have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Together, we can create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, gain greater clarity, and move toward the changes you want to make. Offering both virtual and in-person sessions in NYC.
