Introduction

You may appear strong, successful, and “fine” on the outside—while privately feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or trapped in painful relationship patterns that never seem to change. Even with insight and self-awareness, it can feel exhausting to keep carrying it all alone. I specialize in working with women ages 13+ and couples who are ready for deeper healing and lasting transformation—not just surface-level coping. Together, we address trauma, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, intimacy struggles, and communication challenges in a way that creates meaningful, sustainable change. My approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and deeply relational. Using evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, DBT, EFT, the Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Complex Trauma Therapy, I help clients develop healthier emotional regulation, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of connection with themselves and others. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, & goal-oriented. Sessions are designed to help you process your experiences & actively practice new ways of responding, connecting, & feeling safe within yourself and your relationships. I help you work through what you are walking through.
