Introduction

Hi, I’m Kinley! I help adults who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the weight of family dysfunction. Many of my clients are deep thinkers, high achievers, and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, gifted, or highly sensitive people) who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, or difficulty setting boundaries. If you’ve ever wondered, “Why do I feel guilty for setting boundaries?” or “Why do I keep attracting the same toxic dynamics?”—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. You’ll leave each session with useful insights and actionable strategies to apply in your daily life. Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and sometimes a little goofy—because therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or formal to be effective. I use an integrative approach, blending evidence-based techniques like CBT, ACT, and integrative techniques to help you break unhealthy patterns, set boundaries with confidence, and start trusting yourself again. My goal? To help you stop feeling stuck and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling. If you’re ready for change and want a therapist who’s relatable, compassionate, and truly invested in your growth, let’s connect! You can reach out via email or text at 682-231-2577. I’d be honored to support you.
