Introduction

Hi, I’m Kinley! You might look like you have it together, but feel stuck in overthinking, people pleasing, and second guessing yourself. I work with deep thinkers, high achievers, and neurodivergent adults, including ADHD, gifted, and highly sensitive individuals. Many feel guilty setting boundaries or repeating the same relationship patterns, even when they know better. They want more than a space to vent. They want direction. They want to understand why they feel this way and what to do differently. You don’t have to stay stuck. Together, we focus on understanding your patterns and changing them. You will learn how to set boundaries without guilt, reduce overthinking, and feel more confident in your life and relationships. Many clients notice shifts within the first few sessions. You will build self trust and feel more grounded in your decisions. I use CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR to help you understand your patterns and take action. Sessions are practical and focused on real change you can apply. You can expect honest feedback, clear direction, and tools you can use outside of sessions. If this sounds like what you’re looking for, schedule a consult through my website. I’d be honored to support you.
