Introduction

Therapy with me is collaborative, intentional, and nonjudgmental - together we'll slow down and look at what keeps you stuck and weighs you down, while cultivating resilience, self-compassion, and growth on your terms. My approach blends the psychodynamic model, relational approach, mindfulness techniques, and practical coping skills. Above all, I value authenticity and honor you as the expert in your own life. I believe that you already have everything you need inside of you to heal and it's my job to carve out the warm, supportive space needed for you to discover who you are, what you want, and how you want to live.
