Introduction

I've spent ten years working alongside people in the hardest moments of their lives - as a case manager, a counselor, and a peer specialist. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma in 2020, and my primary focus has always been addiction, recovery, and the grief that runs alongside both. I see clients throughout Oklahoma via secure telehealth, Monday through Friday, 1:00–6:00 PM. What makes this practice different: I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS), a Board-Certified Behavioral Health & Wellness Coach (BHWC), and a Certified Grief Professional (CGP). Most people work with a therapist or a peer specialist - not both. Here, you get all of it. My work is grounded in faith. You don't have to share it to benefit from it.
