Introduction

I'm a counselor who believes therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation with someone who gets you. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family-centered approaches. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from children through elders. My style is creative and client-centered; I draw on my own love of art, humor, and unconventional thinking to help you find solutions that actually fit your life. Whether you're navigating a personal struggle, relationship challenge, or family dynamic, I'm here to meet you where you are. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans, including Medicaid of Missouri, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Missouri, UnitedHealthcare, and others. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the chance to work with you.
