Introduction

Welcome! My name is Kizzie Wells-Daniels, and I am a Mississippi Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience as a licensed therapist and 28 years of working with adolescents and their families. My passion is helping individual navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an effective approach that helps individuals recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be contributing to emotional distress. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, anger management concerns, and the unique challenges that adolescents and families often face. I believe that therapy should be a safe, support, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward meaningful change, helping you develop practical skills, build resilience, and gain confidence in overcoming life's obstacles. Every person's journey is unique, which is why I tailor therapy to your individual needs and personal goals. Whether you're seeking relief for anxiety or depression, learning healthier ways to manage anger, or navigating life transitions, I am committed to providing compassionate guidance and evidence-based strategies that support lasing growth. Together, we will focus on creating positive changes that improve your emotional well-being, strengthen your relationships, and help you live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I look forward to partnering with you as you take the next step toward achieving your personal therapy goals.
