Hello! I’m so glad that you have come across my Christian Counseling profile. If you have tried counseling, never tried counseling, have faith or are unsure of how faith impacts our mental health, let’s chat! I am a strong believer in the power of Jesus and bridging faith-based therapy with evidenced based approaches. I specialize in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with individual counseling. I offer the trauma based approach of EMDR that promotes so much healing from intense triggering events. I believe in a direct and compassionate approach to counseling in order to accomplish the goals you are looking to achieve. Let’s see if my approach fits you!
