Introduction

I’m a queer, antiracist, fat-positive therapist who works primarily with LGBTQIA2S+ adults navigating complex trauma, chronic people-pleasing, and the relationship patterns that can come with both. Together, we’ll gently untangle the layers of your past, better understand the ways you learned to survive, and create space for a future that feels more empowered, authentic, and fully your own. My style is warm, casual, and down-to-earth. You can expect a supportive, affirming space where you can explore, process, and heal at a pace that feels right for you. My work is especially suited for people who want to stop abandoning themselves. Although I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community everyone has a home in my office, regardless of your past and identity. I also enjoy working with people in non-traditional relationships and people who feel therapy hasn’t worked for them. My style is warm and genuine, with just enough humor to remind us that healing can be real and so very human. Whatever brought you here, I’m on your side. In our sessions, there’s no “right" way to feel—you can laugh, cry, vent, and cuss if that’s what you need! I believe therapy should be as unique and real as you are, a space where we honor your story. Ready to ditch the cookie-cutter approach and get to work? You drive, but we gotta share the aux.
