Sometimes, life is going well. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and all the pieces seem to be in place. Sometimes, life throws us curve balls, or digs up things we thought were long buried and we slide down from our peaks. Life is about learning how to navigate the peaks and valleys that will inevitably come our way and hopefully, finding some enjoyment on the journey. Whether you find yourself looking to maximize your peak, get yourself out of a valley, or move beyond a plateau that has grown stale, I'd love to help. I am currently offering virtual morning sessions and have some flexibility for in person sessions. As a therapist for ten years, I have helped people with depression, anxiety, stress management, substance use, goal setting and communication. Part of my therapeutic process involves looking at what is going right to help address either what is going wrong or what you wish to change. Therapy and coaching are collaborative efforts and I will do my best to help you get where you would like to go. My hope too, is that you will gain a greater appreciation for yourself and your life as it continues to unfold. As Proust said, "The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeing new landscapes, but in having new eyes."
