Introduction

Hi! We might be a good fit if you are looking for a 1:1 therapist and these questions feel familiar: Am I exploring what it means to be a queer and/or trans person in relationship to the world, my family, my community, the history and ancestry of queer and/or trans people? Am I curious about what’s going on in my body, because I am often stuck in my head? Am I wondering what I’d like to preserve or reinvent in my current romantic and/or friendship partnership(s)? How do I process the impact of the trauma or pain carried by those who have hurt me -and maybe those that I love(d)? How do I let grief be my companion? Or- If you are looking for a relationship therapist- What support do we need for the transitions we have-or-are we currently living through? What is working within our current relationship(s)? What would healthy and holistic boundaries look like for us? What patterns are my partner(s) and I stuck in? What realities do we dream for our relationship(s)? ________________ As a queer person (and a therapist), I believe my client's when they tell me about their histories and their hopes for the future. I believe life & oppressive systems sometimes create experiences, biases, and coping skills that don’t always reinforce that we matter. I know that inviting someone else into your life or your relationships can feel risky. I don't see myself as an expert, a judge, or a product manager. I'm here to support you and your partner(s) as you create a meaningful life worth living. __________ My identities: White, queer, femme, cis woman. PNW born and raised. In a visibly queer partnership. Pet parent. Lover of cold river water on warm days. ________ Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 11am-6:00pm. Session Location: I offer telehealth and in person sessions for Oregon residents. I am under Clinical Supervision of Rainer Quinn Catkin Rivenburgh, MAAT, ATR-BC, ATCS, LAT, LPC, SEP ________ Fees & Sliding Scale Considerations: I have a limited number of sliding scale spots reserved. If my sliding scale spots are full, I am happy to refer you to other clinicians who may be able to offer a reduced rate. I am passionate about getting folks connected with accessible and affordable mental health services. Clients who are able to pay my full rate make it possible for me to offer sliding scale options for community members who cannot afford my full rate. __________
