I want to help people find steadiness and meaning through life's most tender transitions. With 20 years of experience supporting people facing cancer, chronic illness, grief, and major life changes, I understand the ache of uncertainty and the strength it takes to keep showing up when everything feels like it's shifting. As a Counselor, I work with individuals and couples across all adult life stages, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and compassion-focused practices. My approach is relational and person-centered. I believe healing happens through presence, curiosity, and connection, not through fixing. You don't need to have it all figured out or find the right words. You just need to show up, and we'll go from there together. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept several major insurance carriers, and am currently accepting new clients.
