I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across the lifespan—from teenagers through elders—addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My experience spans military and veteran issues, marital and premarital counseling, family conflict, and the unique challenges of aging, including Alzheimer's and stroke recovery. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, and family/marital therapy to create practical, personalized treatment plans. I believe in fostering a laid-back atmosphere where you feel safe exploring what brought you in. Whether you're navigating a relationship shift, processing loss, managing a health crisis, or working through deeper wounds, I'm here to meet you where you are. I accept Self-Pay, Aetna and Medical Mutual insurance, offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, and am currently accepting new clients. I'm also available to provide care in facilities upon request and review.
