Introduction

As a previous coach and personal trainer, I saw firsthand the effects of daily challenges athletes face both on and off the playing field. I treat athletes as people first. My practice is centered on helping athletes and their families navigate mental health and performance issues. I approach counseling from a guiding perspective. You hold the answers you're looking for, but sometimes there are things blocking us from being able to tap into these answers. Together we work on navigating these issues and finding clarity, peace, and healing. Some of my hobbies are: snowboarding, fishing, camping, hanging with my family, and jiu jitsu!
