Introduction

Whether you're feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, navigating intense emotions, or working through painful past experiences, I am here to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and reconnect with your sense of worth. I bring a trauma-informed, client-centered approach to therapy, with a deep commitment to creating a safe, compassionate space where healing can take root. I work with individuals navigating OCD, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, low self-esteem, mood disorders, and emotional distress-helping them better understand their experiences, reconnect with their strengths,and build meaningful change at their own pace. I have completed training in perinatal mental health and am passionate about helping women navigate medical and emotional challenges throughout their reproductive journey. I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).
