Some days it feels like you’re just putting one foot in front of the other. You get things done, but maybe it doesn’t feel like it has much meaning anymore. Life can get heavy, and no matter how hard you try, it may seem like you just can’t get on top of it. Worry and panic might hit you out of nowhere, or you might feel that slow pull of depression that makes it hard to keep going. Old hurts or memories may still weigh on you, even when you wish they wouldn’t. Deep down, you may be longing for more peace, more joy, and a chance to live true to yourself and what matters most. I walk alongside people using a mix of talk therapy, sandtray therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting. Together, we’ll pay attention to what your body, heart, and mind are telling you, and how those things connect to your family, your relationships, and your daily life. We’ll work on the places where you feel stuck, so you can move forward in a way that feels steady and real. Therapy can take work, but I do my best to make it feel gentle, respectful, and down-to-earth. If faith, spirituality, or community are important to you, we can bring them into the process. If not, that’s fine too. Every person I meet is unique, and I’ll honor your story and your background as we work together. I’d be honored to sit with you, hear your story, and walk with you toward a life that feels lighter and more connected. I am a NBCC Approved Clinical Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor who provides postgraduate supervision for LPC/MHSP licensure in Tennessee and play therapy supervision for the RPT credential. In my free time, you'll likely find me outdoors, laughing at funny TV shows, or spending time with loved ones. I do not accept insurance.
