Introduction

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or worn down by life’s obstacles, you’re not alone. In a world that can feel unpredictable and fast-paced, stress, intense emotions, and uncertainty are common. You don’t have to face it on your own. I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and begin moving forward with greater confidence and balance. My name is Kristen, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with ten years of experience. I help individuals cope with anxiety, process the emotional impact of chronic health conditions, embrace their sensitivity, strengthen relationships, and manage life transitions. I have had the privilege of working with clients across diverse mental health settings and backgrounds. I specialize in supporting teens and young adults aged 18–24, while also working with individuals both younger and older. I offer therapy in-person in San Diego and via telehealth across California. Our work is collaborative and guided by your goals, needs, and values. I emphasize trust, empowerment, and genuine connection, providing a space to process experiences while developing practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change. I am an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming therapist. If you’re curious about therapy and want to see if we’re a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
