Reaching out for therapy is a meaningful first step, especially if life has been feeling heavy, overwhelming, or stuck. If you’re here, you may be hoping for better days and you don’t have to get there on your own. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, understand what’s been holding you back, and begin creating real, lasting change. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns, build practical coping tools, and develop greater self-awareness and emotional balance. I often work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, discovering identity, and life transitions. Many of my clients appear “fine” on the outside but feel exhausted or disconnected on the inside. Therapy is a place to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we’ll work toward greater understanding, resilience, and most importantly better days ahead.
