Hello, and welcome. My name is Kristen, and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. I first became drawn to this work through a deep curiosity about relationships and the ways our earliest experiences shape how we connect, communicate, and care for ourselves and others. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients struggling with anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing on evidence-based practices to meet you where you are while gently challenging you toward growth. I specialize in helping clients identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier ways of relating, and develop practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, and self-advocacy.
