Hi, I’m Kristen Cipielewski, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Certified Therapist, yoga instructor, and former international educator. My work is rooted in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, burnout, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm with compassion and practical support.
