Introduction

If your relationship feels stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by the same arguments that never get resolved, you’re not alone. Many couples reach a point where communication breaks down, emotions feel too big or too distant, and the relationship starts to feel more like survival than partnership. I help couples in Meridian rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and learn how to communicate in ways that actually work — even if things feel tense, fragile, or uncertain right now. My office is conveniently located at Ustick & Linder, making it easy for busy couples and families to access care. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University. I specialize in helping couples navigate conflict, emotional disconnection, life transitions, parenting stress, and patterns that keep partners feeling stuck or misunderstood. I also work with individuals who want support with anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges. I believe therapy should feel safe, grounded, and collaborative. My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your relationship and guide you toward new patterns that create closeness, stability, and emotional clarity. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method — two of the most effective, research‑supported approaches for couples. EFT helps partners understand the deeper emotional patterns driving conflict, while Gottman‑based skills provide practical tools for communication, repair, and connection. For individuals, I integrate ACT, CBT, and mindfulness‑based approaches to support emotional regulation, clarity, and resilience. I offer a free 15‑minute consultation so you can ask questions and get a feel for my style before scheduling. Reach out today — I respond promptly and would be honored to support you and your relationship.
