Introduction

I specialize in helping individuals work through grief and trauma and the ways these experiences impact the body, emotions, cognition, and identity. I offer a compassionate, integrative approach that honors the complexity of the healing process. I utilize techniques that are neuroscience-informed, which work with the nervous system and brain to support transformational healing. I operate from an anti-racist and inclusive framework and provide care that is affirming of all identities. I recognize the impact of systemic oppression, cultural trauma, and intergenerational trauma on mental health and healing. I work primarily with adults (18+) but have experience with and would be happy to work with a child or teen client if I am the right fit for trauma-focused care. I do not provide family therapy or couples therapy at this time. In addition to 50 minute sessions, I do offer extended sessions as well as therapy intensives for a more condensed treatment option. ____________________________________________________________________ NOTICE: If you wish to obtain a copy of your records, please contact me via the client portal or by phone.
