Introduction

You're capable, reliable, and the one everyone turns to. But internally, you feel anxious, emotionally exhausted and disconnected from your own needs. You balance work, your partner, your family and you have little left for yourself. Maybe you’re stuck in unbalanced or emotionally draining relationships or in patterns of people-pleasing and perfectionism. You might be wondering how you got here—and how to start showing up for yourself. If you’ve been the "strong one", the caretaker, the over-thinker, or the fixer in your relationships, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it all. I specialize in helping women who struggle with anxiety, depression, and the invisible weight of always showing up for others. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, difficult relationship patterns, or the lingering impact of trauma—all while maintaining careers, families, and expectations that leave little room for their own needs. My approach is warm, relational, and yes - I welcome humor. Although serious work, therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or heavy all the time. Whether you're untangling old patterns, career change, family/relationship stress, or the quiet unraveling of burnout, therapy can be a place to reconnect with your voice, your boundaries, and your sense of self.
