Introduction

My name is Kristen and I would love to support you in your healing journey. I specialize in treating children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and/or behavioral challenges. I am passionate about supporting and improving healthy child and adolescent development, parent-child relationships, and resiliency. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I strive to make the therapeutic environment welcoming, empathetic, and nonjudgmental.
