Introduction

Are you overwhelmed with life or experiencing chaos or the effects of trauma? Sometimes finding the strength to get up & start the day may be too much. I provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you don’t have to carry things alone. As your therapist, I come alongside you to help bring hope, clarity, and healing. If you’re longing for more than surface-level coping and are ready for deeper work, let's get started. My practice is structured around extended 90-minute sessions and focused EMDR intensives. However, if you prefer traditional 60 minute sessions, those are available as well. I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, & depression, & use a holistic, trauma-informed approach. My work integrates EMDR, somatic techniques, & IFS-based interventions to help clients move beyond insight alone & into real emotional, nervous-system change. This approach supports deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting transformation.
