As a licensed professional counselor, I aim to create a therapeutic space where conversations feel natural, free of judgment, and focused on truly understanding your experience. My approach combines exploring what has shaped you with practical tools to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we will look at the patterns that influence how you see yourself and move through the world around you. My clinical experience spans schools, hospitals, PHP/IOP programs, and community settings, allowing me to support individuals and families with varying treatment needs. Most recently as a school-based therapist, I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationships, family stressors, and academic challenges. This work has given me a deeper understanding of how the experiences we have early in life can continue to shape us as we grow. Whether you are navigating adolescence, young adulthood, or adulthood, I hope our work together helps you better understand yourself, feel more confident in your relationships, and approach life’s challenges with greater clarity.
