I believe therapy should be a place where you can be completely honest about what you're struggling with, feel comfortable being yourself, and know you don't have to have it all together. As a psychologist, I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from teenagers to elders—addressing everything from anxiety and trauma to burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a little humor to my work, while also being direct and thoughtful when it comes to helping you make real changes. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused techniques, tailored to what works best for you. My goal isn't just to help you feel better in the moment, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and create lasting change that extends far beyond our sessions. I offer telehealth appointments and am currently accepting new clients.
