Introduction

The decision to choose counseling and disclose personal struggles to a stranger takes vulnerability and courage. I congratulate you on considering entering into counseling and I look forward to working with you! I'm a Pennsylvania Licensed Professional Counselor and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have been in practice in various settings for over nine years. I primarily work from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach but I am flexible to cIient needs. I am able to focus on trauma work and I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced based treatment for trauma and PTSD. I can offer both in person and telehealth sessions. I also offer ADHD assessment and diagnosis. I value working collaboratively with my clients and from a perspective that values individual strengths. I work to provide a safe, warm, supportive, non-judgmental, and productively challenging environment form my clients to think, explore, and grow.
