I recognize that life can be a lot, and sometimes you just need a space to talk with someone who won’t judge, rush, or dismiss you. My approach blends creative therapy, CBT, and ACT — because your healing journey is yours to cultivate. I’m also trained in Trauma Sensitive Trauma Centered Yoga for clients interested in incorporating movement and body-based healing into therapy. I see clients ages 10 through adulthood who want to learn how to actually feel their feelings without spiraling, shutting down, overthinking everything, or getting stuck in the same frustrating patterns. I specialize in anxiety, depression, school-related challenges, LGBTQ+ issues, and stress management.
