Being alive and human can be hard- especially with the state of the world right now. My core beliefs as a therapist: 1. You are already whole and worthy of love and acceptance exactly as you are. 2. There is space for you in this world- and each and every one of your identities. 3. Exploring your individual relationship with spirituality or what “connects us” to something larger can deepen your relationship and trust in life- and yourself. 4. Having a safe space to share and feel understood can help you build self-confidence, voice your needs in relationships, communicate boundaries, and learn new stress management tools. I identify as a Spiritual therapist, which means I am trained in more traditional talk therapy with the added focus of exploring and incorporating your individualized spiritual beliefs into sessions together. My work integrates somatic practices, Tarot readings, guided meditations, mindfulness, lunar cycles, ritual, and insight-oriented reflection. I specialize in working with new moms, highly sensitive humans, those in care-taking roles who struggle to prioritize themselves, quirky/artistic types, and entrepreneurs.
