Hi, I'm Kristen! I’m a therapist who supports teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or misunderstood, as well as guardians seeking thoughtful, supportive care. I use a somatic, trauma-informed approach that blends mindfulness, body-based tools, and talk therapy to help clients build emotional awareness, regulation, and confidence. I meet clients where they are, move at a safe pace, and speak honestly and directly—creating a space where teens feel respected and guardians feel confident in the care.
