My approach to therapy centers on the belief that people are capable of profound change when given the right support. I believe it important to provide a judgment-free space where people are seen as a whole person rather than their presenting concern. I work with individuals and families of all ages, respecting each person’s unique story as we process and navigate life’s many challenges together. While tailored to the specific needs of each client, my therapeutic style is often grounded in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) while drawing from other modalities such as CBT, DBT, IFS, Solution-Focused, Somatic and Gestalt. At the core of this sits a trauma-informed lens honoring that healing happens when people feel truly safe and understood. Everyone who reaches out is accepted exactly as they are, and together we will work toward goals that are meaningful to you, whether that means developing deeper insight into longstanding patterns, building practical tools for everyday life, or simply experiencing the relief of feeling heard. My hope is that every client leaves more equipped than when they arrived, with a stronger sense of their own capacity and a genuine belief that change is not only possible but already in motion.
