Introduction

I believe we all have a desire for connection. During times when we are struggling, we need that connection more than anything, especially when it feels like you are doing it alone. I want to be there so you don't have to do it alone. I’m a therapist and eating disorder recovery advocate. However, you can think of me more as a CBT Enthusiast, Life Transition Navigator, and Eating Disorder Recovery Advocate. I work to help those struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other life stressors to learn and implement more adaptive ways of doing things so they can live life to their fullest potential. I try not to take life too seriously but I take your struggles and difficulties seriously. Together we will come up with your goals for therapy and work to implement strategies that meet those goals. My approach is integrative in that I bring together different elements of therapies in order to work to meet your needs as a unique individual. I don't pretend to have all the answers and I don't expect you to either. Working together, you will begin to understand where these challenges are coming from. In our sessions, we will talk about things that will help you move through them in order to get to a better and happier place
