I offer a client-centered, strengths-based approach to therapy. I am EMDR & CPT trained and offer a variety of therapies that are trauma-informed. I am a retired first responder and LGBTQ+ affirming. When life seems overwhelming, it can feel vulnerable to reach out for help—to take the first steps toward change.
