Why I Do This Work? I know what it’s like to carry the weight of high expectations, to juggle the needs of others while trying to stay grounded yourself. I’m a psychologist, yes, but I’m also a mother, a partner, a business owner, and someone who has faced the messy, beautiful, and painful parts of life head-on. I believe healing doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from connection, compassion, and the courage to look honestly at what’s not working. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a crisis, or simply trying to understand yourself better, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and empowered. I combine deep clinical training with a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental approach. I’ll challenge you when needed, laugh with you when it helps, and walk beside you every step of the way. Therapy isn’t forever, but the insight and strength you gain from it can be. You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin. Just show up as you are.
