Life can feel overwhelming and lackluster when you’re carrying a lot on your shoulders, constantly questioning yourself, and caught between others’ expectations and your own goals. You long to feel safe, seen, and supported—free to be yourself. My clients seek relief from the experiences, patterns, and pressures that weigh them down and want to reconnect with their true selves, feel empowered, and move forward into a life they love living. My approach is grounded in empathy and cultural awareness. Drawing from person-centered, existential, and feminist perspectives, I integrate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) along with narrative, sensory, and somatic interventions to support trauma recovery, emotional regulation, identity development, and holistic wellness. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, I honor neurodiversity as evolved brilliance, not brokenness. My philosophy recognizes mind, body, spirit, and environment as interconnected. I create intentional space where you can unmask, practice self-advocacy, and redefine your strengths. You deserve a life beyond surviving—one where you are thriving.
