Introduction

- Compassionate Therapy for Couples and Individuals - Call or text my Marin County office (M,W,F) 415-761-1509 or Sonoma County office (T,Th) 707-234-8620 to set up a 15-minute phone call. I work from an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy approach to help couples identify patterns in their relationship that often leave them feeling helpless, overwhelmed, and alone. Together in weekly therapy we work to understand current patterns in the relationship and create new, more satisfying patterns of relating that can decrease overwhelm and increase connection. I also provide Individual Therapy to adults seeking clarity, healing, and personal growth. My approach is grounded, reflective, and focused on lasting change rather than quick fixes. I often work with high functioning individuals who seem "fine" on the outside but feel disconnected, anxious, or unsatisfied within. I draw from a range of evidence based models to meet each client's unique needs and personalized goals. Call/Text Novato,CA office 415-761-1509 or Petaluma, CA 707-234-8620 to set up a free15-minute call to see if we're a good fit!
