Introduction

At Kindled Ember Counseling, I provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is grounded in authenticity, empathy, and genuine connection. I understand that seeking support often feels vulnerable, and I am committed to helping you feel seen, heard, and valued throughout your journey. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing, uncover the strengths that already exist within you, and create a path forward that aligns with your values and goals. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to carry it alone. I feel very passionate about the care and support I am able to offer through the therapeutic process. With a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and master’s degree from Houston Christian University, my education provides a solid foundation for my therapeutic approach. As a wife and mom/stepmom to five young adults I continue to experience the roller coaster of life and understand how different individuals perceive and are affected by their own unique ups and downs. Empathy is at the heart of everything I do. I believe healing is deeply personal. If spirituality or faith is an important part of your life, you're welcome to bring it into our sessions. If it isn't, that's completely okay too. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where every part of your story is honored, and our work together reflects your values, beliefs, and goals. I believe that healing is a collaborative journey. My practice is grounded in evidence-based methods, offering a safe and empathetic space where you can explore your unique path toward authenticity and emotional well-being. Whether you choose individual, family, or couples counseling, you will find a non-judgmental space to grow, rooted in compassion.
