I'm so glad you're here. My name is Kristi Spence. I am a follower of Jesus, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My passion is to help parents and couples have peace and connection in their home. Whether you are parents struggling with your child's behavior or mental health, or whether you are a couple trying to restore (or find) trust and intimacy, my goal is use evidence-based techniques to help you get where you want to be. Sometimes you doubt whether change is possible. Maybe you find yourself in the same negative cycle over and over again. You ask yourself whether this problem is too far gone for anyone to be able to help. I believe no one is beyond the point of healing, and I'm ready to walk with you.
