Introduction

It can feel incredibly lonely to struggle with things that feel “invisible,” like deep-seated shame, a fractured sense of identity, or the quiet weight of trauma. If you find yourself looking in the rearview mirror—focusing on past mistakes, trying to make sense of a diagnosis that you know doesn’t define you, or never feeling like you’re ‘enough’ - Let’s talk. I support women and girls (13+) in exploring the whole of who they are—mind, body, spirit, relationships, and environment—so they can begin to live a more intentional and fulfilling life. Therapy isn't linear, and that's okay. I'll celebrate every small step forward with you. My approach draws on behavioral techniques, and other evidence-based perspectives to meet you where you are. For clients who desire it, I integrate a Christian perspective that emphasizes grace, identity, and hope. Faith can be a powerful source of healing and renewal — but it is never required. I'm accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. Together, we can work toward a life that feels authentic, intentional, and genuinely fulfilling. New Group Starting Soon! READY TO LAUNCH: NEW MOMS & POSTPARTUM ANXIETY This is an 8-week virtual group therapy program designed to provide support and effective strategies for managing anxiety during the first year postpartum.
