Kristie Gregor-Laviska, LCMHC, holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Kristie has over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families as a change agent. Kristie has an extensive work experience assisting clients in navigating various complex systems such as schools, child welfare, civil and criminal courts. Kristie assists individuals in overcoming life's challenges by focusing on solutions to facilitate growth, understanding and sustained progress. Providing individuals with coping skills, an understanding of emotions and effective strategies to handle these challenges promotes healing, personal growth and self-awareness. Kristie's approach is client centered with a focus on collaboration with the client. She uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to support the therapeutic journey.
