I provide therapy to adults who are doing well in many areas of life but notice certain patterns that keep getting in the way, often in the way, often in three main areas: 1. Wanting closeness in relationships, but also holding back, shutting down, or creating distance when it starts to matter. 2. Overthinking: Second-guessing decisions, questioning themselves, or struggling to feel confident. 3. A sense of being lost in who they are: difficulty naming what they feel, what they want, or how they got off track in the first place. If any part of this feels familiar, therapy can offer a place to start making sense of it. My approach begins with building a steady, trusting relationship. From there, we look closely at the patterns shaping your reactions, relationships, and sense of self — especially the ones that feel repetitive or hard to shift. As those patterns become clearer, you may find yourself responding with more intention, steadiness, and self-trust. I bring a down-to-earth presence, genuine curiosity, and humor when it fits. If you’re considering reaching out, I know it can take courage — I typically respond within 24 hours. I am currently accepting new clients for March. LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive.
