A person generally finds relief, compassion, and an empowered sense of self from this work. I practice from a somatic (body-listening) approach that is development and attachment-based. Together, we begin naming and recognizing your nervous system states, develop skills for safety and regulation, increase capacity for emotions and sensations, and hold space for your body to complete natural somatic stress release cycles.
