I approach life with curiosity and a love for complexity and paradox. I believe self-discovery is an ongoing, lifelong process that is made possible through relating with others. As your therapist (or coach), I will relate to you as a real person (not a blank slate), while keeping the focus on you. We will collaborate to understand your lived experience and the meaning you make of it. In sessions, we will explore what feels safe and unsafe to you in relationship and work toward building self-trust and self-compassion, so you can discover, accept, and celebrate your most authentic self and relate intentionally with others.
